niSurv Chartered Surveyors is run by Jeremy Brady who has over 25 years experience carrying out RICS surveys on residential properties in Belfast and the surrounding areas.

Types of Reports carried out:

We carry out private residential surveys in accordance with RICS guidelines, to include

  • RICS HomeBuyer Reports (without valuation)
  • RICS HomeBuyer Reports (with valuation)

Areas Covered:

  • We carry our RICS reports within a 25 mile radius of Belfast. (Why 25 miles? Thats a simple one to answer. Professional Indemnity Companies insist that valuation surveyors only work within a 25 mile radius of their base. Although this is more relevant in England as they have much higher housing density, it still applies in Northern Ireland as it's the same companies that insure surveyors over here).

Jeremy Brady BSc (Hons) MRICS:

Jeremy studied building studies at Enniskillen Technical College before moving to Leicester to study Land Use for two years. Finally he went on to the University of Ulster at Jordanstown to study for an honours degree in Estate Management.

Having graduated from UUJ in 1994 he went on to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 while working at McKibbin and Co.

Following a brief spell with McCombe Pierce and Partners, commercial surveyors in Belfast Jeremy decided to follow his heart and get back into residential surveying and moved to Jenkins Blair Surveyors in Belfast.

A year after joining Jenkins Blair, Jeremy became a partner and the firm was renamed Blair Brady Surveyors where he continued to work for nine years until he retired from that firm.

He then started niSurv  Surveyors to enable him to focus on the part of residential surveying that interested him the most i.e. working with private clients rather than the banks and lending institutions.
