We're a small firm and as such we like to prioritise customer care and as such we try to take time to talk to you to establish your needs and expectations and if we don't think what we offer will suit your requirements we will tell you and try to recommend someone who can provide you with what you need. We very often get asked to do a Level 2 survey on a property that we feel would be more suited to a Level 1 survey or a Level 3 survey and in that case we  are happy to steer you towards other firms that can provide the right service for your needs.
